executive leadership strategist, Lakeasha Williams

is a Brooklyn native who is enthusiastic about working in a community that she loves. She is a social justice educational leader with nearly thirty years of experience as a paraprofessional, classroom teacher, staff developer, assistant principal, special education administrator, principal, and district principal leadership specialist.

Her greatest strengths include school improvement, creating organizational systems and structures for success, leadership development, targeted action plans, data-driven culture, differentiated professional development, community engagement, family empowerment initiatives, and building sustainable teams across education and business industries.

Additionally, Lakeasha’s family is her first success story. Her two sons are both college graduates and business owners as well. Her granddaughter also became a CEO at 4 years old. Lakeasha continues to diversify her family’s legacy of creating generational wealth by acquiring assets.

Lakeasha has also been featured on ABC 7, WPIX11, Now This Politics, and Rai, Italian Broadcasting Corporation for her Brown Girls empowerment activity with her 5th-grade girls. AM NY newspaper also highlighted Lakeasha’s work as well.
